Aditi Cook (Ministry of Education)

Aditi Cook has over a decade of successful experience in procurement, commercial, and programme/project leadership. She specialises in procurement and commercial transformation, building strong relationships, and leading effective cross agency groups to deliver national security priorities, economic recovery, broader outcomes and kaitiakitanga.

Aditi has held senior leadership roles at Defence, Inland Revenue, Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Business Innovation and Employment. She is currently the Chief Procurement Officer at Te Tāhuhu o te Mātauranga | Ministry of Education where she is championing a new way of commissioning and procurement that works with whānau, hapū and iwi in high trust relationships to co-design and mutually agree outcomes that will better serve our communities.

Aditi is family oriented with two children. When she’s not supporting their various sports, or recovering from injuries, you’ll find her running around the hockey field.
